Eleanor Duffin | More Often Lost Than Gained
Thursday 28th March - Saturday 8th June | during centre opening hours
Eleanor Duffin explores the subtle relationship between objects and humans. She questions why we are drawn to certain inanimate objects. Is there an immaterial force that connects us to these objects? In this period of history where we have become defined by what we consume or desire, the artist pares back visual elements that pique our visual senses.
Eleanor Duffin currently lives and works in Dublin. After graduating from Limerick School of Art and Design with a BA in Sculpture and Combined Media in 2003, she went on to complete a two-year Masters programme at the National College of Art and Design, Dublin.
